Easter weekend

It's official: I started to appreciate glitters and I can't do my manicure (ugly cuticles) :(

What have you been doing this Easter weekend?

I've been snoozing, reading and eating (of course!) for most of the time.. everything I was supposed to do really :)

Good news: Maggie and Mosè are getting on better (Maggie tolerates him more and Mosè is less impetuous with her).. now they can even rest closed to each other! :)

E' ufficiale: ho iniziato ad apprezzare i brillantini e  non sono in grado di farmi la manicure (guardate che cuticole orribili) :(

Cosa avete fatto questo weekend di Pasqua?

Io ho dormicchiato, letto e mangiato (ovviamente!) per la maggior parte del tempo.. tutto ciò che è doveroso fare in questo periodo :)

Buone notizie: la Maggie e Mosè vanno più d'accordo tra di loro (la Maggie lo tollera di più e Mosè è meno irruento nei suoi confronti).. adesso riescono anche a stare abbastanza tranquilli vicini! :)

lazy saturday afternoon

I'm going to spend the afternoon reading some interior design magazines in the sun (it's so hot here that it seems summer already!). I really like these kind of magazines and when I find something interesting (a piece of forniture, an idea for extra-storage spaces, a nice combination of colors,.. ) I put it in my personal notebook which contains all the ideas for my future home. It's full of photos and articles, diferent colors and styles. It's my private place for dreaming :)
Do you have something like that? A private place for dreaming?

Ho intenzione di passare il pomeriggio a leggere alcune riviste di arredamento godendomi questo sole (fa così caldo che sembra già estate!). Adoro questo genere di riviste e quando trovo qualcosa di interessante (un particolare mobile, un'idea per ricavare spazio extra, un gradevole accostamento di colori,.. ) lo metto nel mio quaderno personale che contiene tutte le idee per la mia futura casa. E' pieno di foto e articoli, colori e stili diversi. E' il mio spazio privato per sognare :)

Back from London (with Mr. Brown)

I spent a lovely time in London at Polly's.. we went shopping with our friend Silvia, had lots of dumplings (really, I mean A LOT.. it was "lazy sumdays-all you can eat" at Ping Pong restaurant) and visited Highgate Cemetery.

Mr. Brown was with me, of course :)

Il weekend a Londra dalla Polly è stato bellissimo.. lei, Silvia ed io abbiamo fatto shopping, mangiato un sacco di ravioli al vapore (e intendo veramente UN SACCO, c'era il "lazy sumdays" da Ping Pong, una specie di "tutto quello che puoi mangiare") e visitato il Cimitero di Highgate.

Ovviamente Mr. Brown era con me :)
